Not sure that this question applies to this group…
I have PS7 installed years ago on a computer. Now I have a new, faster, computer and would like to move it to the new computer. The problem is that I can’t locate the installation disk and have no clue where to look for it.
Is there a way to remove the software from the old computer and put it on the new one? The old computer uses XP Home and the one uses XP Professional.
Thanks

Yes. Ask Adobe for a new disk.

The short answer is, "No, _you_ can’t". The longer answer is, "If you have to ask how, then you won’t be able to do it".

The longest answer is, "Yes, I could, (and I’ve done things like that with other programs) but I started programming computers in 1967 and I have not only written Windows programs but also device drivers." IOW, "Don’t try this at home!"

Seriously, there are programs you can buy which are designed to do just that, to move your programs and data from an old machine to a new one. Also, if you have a valid copy, why can’t you just ask Adobe for a new disk?
