Import Image From PDF

I’ve just upgraded from Photoshop 7 to CS2. In 7, I was able to import images from a pdf using file-import-pdf and then select the spedific images I wanted to import. I don’t see this option in CS2. Is there some way to do this other than opening an entire page.

Oh man, be brave and OPEN THE DAMNED FILE! You will be shown a thumbnail so that you can pick the page(s) you want.

Oh man, be brave and OPEN THE DAMNED FILE! You will be shown a thumbnail so that you can pick the page(s) you want.
I’m brave enough and have done that – but opening the file gives me an image of the wntire pdf – not the individual images that comprise it, which is what Photoshop 76 let me do.
