First off, I take it you do not mean layer style, but blend mode.
If you merge layers [by Merge Down or Flatten Image, for example], the appearance of the image should never change. Are you saying that it does?
one important thing: those four layers are additional, so it mean ive got 5 layers with background. In fact, when im merging them all, its ok, but i NEED to merge only those additional, and when doing this its like i wrote before…

I assume that your 2 "normal" layers have some transparency holes in them or have masks. Right?
yes, on every of those four layers there is some transparency.
So back to my previous question:

Your problem is that the blend modes all change how they look based on the layers beneath them… In this case, that is the background.
Colin is right in saying that if you flatten the image, the appearance will never change. However, when you merge the 4 layers with different blend modes and transparencies, Photoshop can only apply one blend mode to that new merged layer, and the default – I believe – is normal. So all of your original layers get merged and then the blend mode changes, changing how the overall image looks. You can’t change this behavior.
That’s not to say the problem can’t be worked around. Depending on what you want to use this image for, you can get around the problem. Try something like this:
– Select the four layers at once by ctrl-shift-clicking on each layer. – Create a new channel by clicking on the "save selection as channel" button in the channels palette.
– Run levels on that channel, bringing the top white slider all the way to the left. – copy the background layer.
– Ctrl click the new channel you just made, inverse the selection (Ctrl-Shift-I), and press delete. – Now, merge those 5 layers. (All except the background, using the same method as before.)
I’m thinking that should work, and hopefully you can follow those instructions.
2 quick fixes:
1) Create a new layer, make it active. Ctrl+Shift+Alt+’E’ will "stamp image" of all VISIBLE layers into the new layer.
2) Duplicate your original background layer, and make the original background layer inactive (click on the eye so it disappears). Go to the topmost layer and do a Ctrl+Shift+’E’ to merge all visible layers.
The first creates a merged "snapshot" of all visible layers, leaving the separate layers intact. The second merges them all into one layer with a "normal" blend mode, but leaves your background intact.
none of those hints works in my case. im not nobe, so im doing well with such a tasks. only one way for me is to ignore merging layer with multiply (this is skaned sketch so its a lot o white around, im fixing it by color range and levels so its quite nice and tolerably), and after this i can go forth with my illustration.
