Could someone tell me how and what controls the small button that appears in the lower right corner of a graphic and allows an enlargement of the graphic. I cannot find a help or reference to anything remotely resembling this feature.

Are you talking about on the web? It’s a function of the browser (Internet Explorer). You don’t have to do anything to get it on a graphic you upload.

Not worth the security risks of using IE. Some other browsers have similar zoom features.
