Problem creating rollovers in Image ready

I am trying to create rollover buttons in Image ready. However when I preview them in Explorer using the icon in the toolbar the rollover activates whenever I move the mouse into the browser window. It should only work when I move the mouse over the rollover button.

Not sure why it does this?

crop the page to the size of the button – or slice the button
