Looking for batch tool to put image file names into EXIF info

Before I start renaming files, I want to put the camera-generated file name for each shot into the EXIF info. Any suggestions as to how? Is there a Photoshop hack to do it?

Most of the files are Canon raw.

there is a checkbox in the re-name window of BRIDGE to keep the orig file name in the exif
