Greetings!

I’ve been trying to grab a frame from a video and it isn’t working! Here’s how I’ve tried: I start the video using Windows Media Player, I wait until the frame shows up that I want to grab, I pause it, then I press "Print Screen" on my keyboard. Then I open Photoshop, select a new canvas (1280×1024, the size of my screen) and use th ‘paste’ command, well this paste’s my screen grab onto the new canvas, but the Windows Media Player window is black, the frame that I had paused doesn’t show up. I tried the same procedure using Windows Paint and I got the same result. Anyone know what might be going wrong?

Thank you!
