I have started to receive the following error message when booting up Image Ready CS:
"Could not parse the file contents as a data set. An unkown error has occurred."
I have booted it before (owned Photoshop CS for about 2 weeks now), so this is a new problem. If I hold down the CTRL+ALT+SHIFT key on bootup, I do not get the error message (nor the welcome screen). This error occurs whether I boot from the Image Ready icon or from the link in PS CS. I have reset my initial settings several times in both PS and IR, and rebooted the computer after doing so. This is operating under Windows XP Pro w/all updates.
Would anyone have any ideas as to what is happening, and how I might fix this? Thanks very much.
Glenn
