I’ll start by saying I am not a computer geek—but I need help from one.
After uninstalling the CS3 beta per the Adobe Tech Notes I now have a crazy problem. When I open an image in CS2 or, Photo Shop 7 for that matter. the colors are only Blue and yellow. When I run the curser across the image the info palette shows numbers that indicate the proper colors, when I expert the image to Image Ready the proper colors appear and if I print the image it prints perfectly. I have tried this with images in different formats from different files and always get the same result. I have un-installed CS2 and Photo Shop 7 and reinstalled them—-several times with the same results. I have a ticket with Adobe about this but have not had a reply in two days.
Any help would be appreciated.
