Error on Photoshop7 Startup

when i start photoshop7 an error appears showing "Registry editing has been disabled…". actually editing the registry has been disabled for standard users. in adobe knowledge base document 327797 this error is
described but deleting the photoshop.reg doesn´t fix this error. how can i fix it??? can anyone help, please?

The knowledgebase document does acknowledge this possibility:

Note: In some cases, deleting the registry file doesn’t prevent the error
from recurring. Even though the error occurs, performance in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements isn’t affected. <<

Now to me that is saying "learn to live with it"…

this answer doesn´t really satisfy! it must be a bug in this application. other admins disabled the registry, too, i guess…

I would agree, but it looks like the only one you’re going to get from Adobe.

ok, but thanks anyway! when i get this error fixed, i will post the solution here…
