Character and Paragraph palettes won’t open

Why has this happened? I highlight some text but I cannot open this palette. How strange, has anybody else ever had this problem and know how to cure it?

I’m using PS 6.0 on Windows 2000 Professional

Perhaps the palettes have gone off screen. Have you changed from dual to single monitors? Changed screen resolution?

If not, try trashing your prefs. Details in the FAQs.

Yes, you’ve got it. It had joined all the others on the right. That was sneeky of it.
