When I create any image file in photoshop 7 or Open. And use Save-for-web use following setting
JPEG
Medium
Quality = 55
Progressive checked.
Blur = 0
Matte = White

file saved in properly. File name all in small letters. Default extension is .jpg

But what happen when i upload on web all files which are quite larger more than 50kb to 80 kb should be appear progressively…
But photograph appear when it fully loaded and sddenly ….if user have time to wait or quit…that page.
What setting I am missing so JPG graphic file appear progressively….

What HD says is true, but even when using another browser you may not see the progressive state while in test mode on your own computer. An image coming from a fast, local hard disk will load almost instantly. One way to test is to save your images to a floppy, which loads at a rate similar to a phone-up Internet connection.

The world’s most frequently-used browser, MSIE, does not display progressive JPG files as intended. It is pointless to create such files, given this fact.
If you are concerned about visitors to your sites clicking away before your images load, you can provide proxy images of smaller file size to load quickly while the larger JPG files are downloading.

Of course, as more and more Web users convert to higher-bandwidth access, this becomes less of an issue.

Two other points:

Progressive JPEGs are often larger, not smaller in filesize.

If your image is in a table, the table needs to load all content before displaying, regardless of browser. – Thus a progressive JPEG wont work here either.

A table that is built correctly, with height and width parameters for the img tags, will display before all content is downloaded. (On any browser I have used).
