‘Keywords" and RAW files

Am I missing something, or is it really not possible to assign ‘keywords’ to RAW files.(??)

If not, is there some technical limiation why that’s so?

Use the File Browser. Right Click on a picture and select File-Info.

On the top right you see a little arrow, click on it and you can type your data and save this as a template, then you can add this to the selected pictures.
