Mask Pro 3 Help – Please Help

I have a question about using Mask Pro 3. When I am done applying the keep & Remove masks, I save/Apply it & go back into regular Photoshop.

From here, where I drag the new image into a different picture, it
places it in a different spot than where I want it. How do I move the new image / Layer where I want it to be over the new background?
