batch process of photos for ftp

Hi – using Photoshop 6 (or newer version), is there a way to take a cd of digital pictures (say 200 or so) and batch process these for ftp to a web site? I need to change the px from 2500 wide to 600, make sure the dpi is 72, put on a copywrite watermark, put in a folder on my hard drive for ftp upload to my site.

create an action of the steps it takes to do all this to one image, then run the action in batch (file> automate> batch) on the folder of all the images.

the ftp part will need to be accomplised with an ftp program.
