Recently I can’t to open files In Photoshop CS.
The error message I get is: "Could not complete your request because of program error" So far I have not any problem. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I have Windows XP, 256MB ram and 64 MB video card.
Thanks

Not enough information. Can you start CS, or just not open a file? How big is the file (if the latter)? What format?

Have you tried deleting preference, and reinstalling the program?

At a guess, I’d say too little RAM has something to do with this here. 256 is very little for CS. Try increasing the size of your page file perhaps.

I am working with that configuration for 6 monthes. Sudenly this problem came out. Eeven small file in 6 MB ! The program is failed to open. The file format I use maily are tiff and JPG.
What is "to delete reference"? BTW, I reinstalled the program.

Thanks

Deleting Photoshop preferences does not help.
