Hi all

Strangely I cannot print from PS CS whereas before I could. Also cannot get the Help menu to come up.

Have re-installed PS and run the repair process (in case that was the problem) on Win XP Pro. Nothing seems to make any difference.

Printer (which prints OK from Word) is an Epson 2100. I have tried re-installing the latest printer driver (from Epson website) but the hardware wizard grays out when I select the folder where the drive is located. I can instal another driver located in a different folder!!

Anyone any ideas?

First:
Remove the old printer using Windows’ ‘Add/Remove Programs’ menu item.

Second:
Install (re-install) the Epson printer using *Epson’s* default instructions.

Plato,

RSD99 gave you a possible start. By chance, are you running Win XP-SP-2? Reason that I ask is the problem also with Help. There are/were some issues with Adobe Help and SP-2. Might be worth looking into, though I have not heard of any "printing" issues with PS CS(x) and SP-2.
