Reinstalling PS CS

I have to reinstall PS CS (not CS2) in the same computer it was originally installed in. I intend to uninstall the original first using Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP).

Will I have any problems with activation?

I have done the same twice due to hardware failures. I had to phone Adobe to to it – they asked a few questions about ID but no real problems. Why not call them first.
