I really searched every where info about it whit no results. My question is, can I make any sound in Photoshop or ImageReady? Please post the answer here or mail it to my e-mail,

You can add audio annotations to a .PSD file if that’s what you mean, Don

No. PS is not a program for creating sounds. You will need a specialized program for that purpose.

The only audio feature of PS is, you can record an audio file and attach it to the file. This is really for annotation purposes however, not for presentation.
