Hi,

I’ve got a small brochure/manual I made and I’ve got a few text boxes on each page. When I try to export to a pdf, the entire page is saved as an image, so when the image is zoomed out, jagged fonts start appearing. When I go to File | Document Properties and select Fonts, nothing is there so I know it’s not saving text.

I still have the text boxes as layers, and I’ve tried embedding the font. Nothing seems to work. What could I be doing wrong?

Thanks for any help,

Gary

If you want to print a PS image, you should have a resolution of 200-400 ppi. It sounds like yours is 72 ppi.

PSD, EPS and PDF will preserve vector data as Vector. Other formats will not do so.

You don’t export as PDF, you save as PDF.
