Looking for a filter, I think.

It’s very popular look or at less it was, small lines running over a photo. I have seen it all over the place. But now I can’t find a pic of it save my life.
Anyway, does anyone know what I am talking about. Does it come with one of the version of PS. Was it done with a filter or plug in? I have PS 5.5.

Your looking for a technique/effect called "scanlines". Do a google search for "scanlines" and "Photoshop", and you’ll figure out how to do it very quickly.

Nope, it isn’t a native filter in Photoshop.
