CS3 base color problem

I do not have pure white, all white colors (including background) display as a "light cyan". If you choose what is labeled as white it just comes up as a cyan. Any suggestions as to how to get a real "white" ?

Don’t think it’s a screen problem, screen colors in all instances are correct.
I also have CS2 installed and it gives perfect white as well as all other colors, this seems to relate to CS3 only.

Your monitor calibration is off. Run Adobe Gamma again, and make sure you choose the correct monitor white point.

You are using a different monitor profile in CS2 than you are in CS3. Whatever profile you have selected in CS3 is the source of your problem.
