object pushing through rubber wall?

A while ago, at one of the photoshop tutorial sites, I had seen a way to recreate the classic horror movie "hand/face pushing against the wall" effect. You know the one… where it looks like the wall is rubber and you can see the imprint of a face appear? Anyway, I can’t seem to find the tut anymore so I’m hoping someone knows what I’m talking about? Or, how about someone that knows how to make it?
