I’ve got a picture taken with a window in the background. I’m trying to lighten up the person shown in the foreground, and possibly darken the background a little.
Is this possible?
What do I need?
I would like to show both the person in the foreground and the background as clearly and as sharply as possible.
Anybody out there good at this stuff?
It’s a Christmas gift, so I don’t have much time…

Thanks to all

Try to dodge the face, then image adjustments-levels for the rest. That is usually rather quickly done-without me seeing the image. William Kazak
