Print Error in PS 5.5

We have Photoshop 5.5 installed on P4 computers with Service Pack 2 (windows xp professional) installed. We now receive an error message every time we go to print : "could not complete the Print command becuase of a disk error". Everything was working OK before I installed SP2 – any ideas how I can fix it?

try updating your printer drivers. likely the service pack overwrote something they need.
