I have a fully legal Photoshop CS which I with no success have tried to upgrade with a fully legal Photoshop CS2.
This is what happens:
1. When starting Photoshop CS2 after installing, the following error is reported: “The Adobe Updater could not be started. Please reinstall the application and compenents”.

2. When clicking on the Adobe Bridge icon, the Bridge application starts but it all ends in the following error: “Adobe Bridge cannot be used at this time because of licensing restrictions. You must have installed and launched at least one other Adobe application to use Adobe bridge”.

3. Upon installling AND uninstalling CS2, all the icons for my PDF documents have changed to Adobe ImageReady documents visually and in reality because doubleclicking on them starts the Adobe ImageReady application and NOT The Adobe Reader 7.0 as usual.
The same problem accounts for PDF files attached to my e-mails.

Anybody experienced this?
Any solution to the problem?
