New document with no Color Profile?

When I copy something and want to paste it into a new document, the clipboard preset has a Color Profile. I can manually remove it every time, of course, but I would prefer not to have it. I’ve set Color Management to Off in Color Settings, but it doesn’t help with the clipboard preset. Does anyone know how I can permanently remove the color profile from the clipboard preset?
