I have been running PS 7.0 on a WinXP home machine with SP2 along with Encore and Premiere 1.5. I new problem with PS is that when I try to select the foreground color with the selector tool the program switches to the color picked eyedrop and locks.
I have uninstalled and reinstlled PS into different directories, looked for prefs files to delete (none found) and done a safe mode install. Same problem. What is significant is that PS is still finding its list of recently worked on files so I must be failing to uninstall PS completely.
Any tips appreciated!
Thanks!

see the faq about missing dialog boxes.

basically the dialog is off the screen. you have to either up the screen resolution to grab it, rehook up the monitor you (may have) removed and move it back to the first screen, or reset the prefrences to get it back.
