Filter for shiny metallic text?

Are there any good plug-ins or effect filters for
Photoshop that will allow me to create stunning
3D text and shapes (extrusions, textures,
metallic or glass-like effects, etc.) ?

Something that could produce things like ULead’s
"Cool3D" would do the trick.

Any suggestions?
