Help opening and html page on Photshop CS2

saved a document onto my desktop as an html web page. How can I open this in photoshop? Do I need to save it as something else?

Photoshop is not an HTML editor. Open it in a browser and make a screenshot, or save it from an appropriate editor as a pdf perhaps. Depends on what you are doing with it.
