Is there a remedy for this (continous opening) dialog message?

I’ve just recently got a new computer sys (Dell Prec. WorkStation 690, X86 based PC with Windows XP Professional-Serv. Pack build 2600 and 4 megs of ram). After re-installing the PhotoShop CS2 (vs 9.0.2), (along with Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2 & Acrobat Pro 7). Whenever I open I start-up PhotoShop I get this dialog, stating; "Could not load the Mutiprocessor Support module because it does not work with this version of Photoshop". But I’d hit "OK" to close it and then it opens up and I’m able to open & saving files, etc., and use it without any noticable problems (so far).
Thank you in advance for any answers to this situation.
