I’ve created some presets with Photoshop 9.0.2, english version installed on Windows XP in English. If I try them on the Italian version of Photoshop 9.0.2 (installed on another XP in English) I do not get the menus fully updated.
Keyboards shortcuts work fine and some menus as well, but the menus "filters", "view" and "help" are not updated as expected (I mean all the submenus are not hidden as it happens in the English version). Highlights in the Italian version are not updated at all.

These are the presets that I’m using:

Any idea to fully port presets created with Photoshop in English to Photoshop in Italian?

thanks
Giovanni

What kind of presets are you talking about?
Presets covers a lot of different things….

I was specifically talking about the menus: "filters", "view" and "help".

None of those use presets (brushes, styles, gradients, swatches, patterns, contours, tool presets, etc.)

View->workspace has saved workspaces.

Filters doesn’t have anything but plugins and builtin filters.

Help has HTML files that you can add.

Chris, I’m not talking about tool presets but about the ones created when you customize and save a personal workspace (they include menus visibility, palette position & keyboard shortcuts).

For example, I’ve customized the filter menu in this way:

that’s just a "workspace".

And I haven’t seen such a problem, but will try to get our QE to look into it.
