Can save files from Photoshop to the local disk with no problem, and can save files to the network drives with Word, for example, with no problems. The error is happening when we try to save files to mapped network drives from within Photoshop. Anyone seen this problem and know about any solutions? Thanks.

Anyone seen this problem and know about any solutions?

Yes. That problem is reported here all of the time. The most common solution is don’t save across network drives. I know that’s not what you want to hear, but unless you’re willing to troublshoot network architecture and default printer drives and such, you’re better off saving locally and transferring as a second step.
