Photoshop CS – Different color on document when "Save for Web"

I am running Photoshop CS on a Dell computer, 1905 Flat Panel monitor. When I select "Save for Web" on a document that is set at RGB Color, 8 bit, the "Save for Web" popup window has entirely different colors than the original document. Every color is darker in Photoshop. Any idea why this is happening?
