When de-installing the program make sure you are doing so from Add/Remove software portion of your control panel, and that you are removing all the settings/pieces. That being said, from the information provided in your post I’m not entirely sure that this in a problem that requires re-installation.

did do it from add/remove and i have tried everything that the people have said i made a topic on the problem but it still happens
