I need help this is my situation.
I sent my computer in for work; they uninstalled Photoshop ( Elements 4.0). I was told to move all my pictures from one drive to a different drive. I did this before reinstalling Photoshop. After I MOVED all my pictures, then I installed Photoshop. When I opened the program all my tagging was saved. (Thought it would have been lost) This is the problem ALL of the pictures are missing files. So then I reconnected all the missing files, there were hundreds I sat for an hour clicking reconnect…reconnect reconnect. I then took a break and was going to continue the next day. As I opened the organizer the next day I noticed the entire missing files I reconnected were missing again. Then I tried going to file>catalog> then recover. This I thought would do it, after a ten minuet wait, the recovery was done. It didnt help, I still have all the missing files. Now Im here asking for your help.
Thanks for your time!
