I own PS CS2. I just downloaded trial CS3. the trial period expires after 48 hours. My CS2 serial #’s do not work.
How do I get CS3 to continue with the trial until CS3 is released? Do I have to reinstall the trial version, as CS3 is already on my computer. Windows XP Professional.

the words beta and trial should answer your question for you.

Do I have to reinstall the trial version,

this wont help, the only way to re-install woudl be to format your hardrive.

My CS2 serial #’s do not work.
Read what it says after the word ‘Important’ on the download page. 😉

I’m trying to D/L the Beta of CS3. I have dialup so it takes FOREVER to download but it eventually does….

Anyway, when I try to install it I get a message that tells me to try downloading again.

I’ve tried twice now and don’t know what is wrong. Any ideas?

Could be it became corrupted during the download. Do you know anyone with Broadband who could download it for you?

I’ve now tried it again and this is the message I get:

"Unable to open the Setup File. The download files may be corrupted. Please try downloading the Adobe again."

I’ve tried running it and saving it. When I save it the file size is only 160meg and I believe the original is 337meg. That is probably my problem but is there another way to get the file? I only have dialup as I live in a rural area.

I guess they didn’t use gramar checking….. ;^D

Anyway, that is the exact message I get. I’ve tried 4 times now with no success.
