I’ve got a weird and probably distinct problem. My scanner I am using is absolutely abysmal.(It looks like somone mistakedly splattered random dots of ink on some sections, the lines are grainy and dotted, and they are generally very low quality) Do you have any suggestions on how I could edit scanned pictures in photoshop so they would not look quite as atrocious?(As in, remove splotches, make lines more uniform, etc.)
I am also looking to color these images since I am creating an online webcomic.
I am also stuck with the scanner(It’s a loooooooong story)
Thanks in advance for your help, I most certainly need it.
