Loading Fliters in PSCS

Photoshop was taking so long to load as a result of my many filters, that I installed all of my addons. I would like to have the option of loading as I need them, like I do actions, styles, etc. Is this possible?

There’s a thing called Plugin Commander that’s supposed to let you do this. I’ve not tried it so I can’t tell you if it’s any good or not.
