sometimes people coem out with too much red skin,
whats best wat to diminish it?
for the moment i use color range and selecting it then
with hue-saturation i take out some red,
any way better?

That’s not a bad way. You can also do it using selective color to remove magenta from red:

thanks a lot, selective color works perfect for that,
what about too much blue at the eyes?
i got that many times, at tha white part of the eyes,
for the moment what i make is selecting the countour of the eyes, and then using the hue-saturation adjustment, then cyan and blue and desaturate, it works very good,
i just wonder if there is a better idea?

Using selections, or any other form of masking runs the risk of making the eyes too prominent.

Try using curves. First make a sample point over the whites of the eyes. Grab the white endpoint of the blue channel’s curve and steepen the curve until the red, green, and blue values for the sample point are equal.

More than likeley this procedure will improve not only the eyes, but the rest of the image.
