Can you change the light temperature of a photo? I have some digital pics that have a orange-ish hue to them due to the light source. Can I do anything in photoshop to change that to a white or blue hue?

Thank you for the help!

In Camera Raw click a neutral area (white grey or black) with the "White Balance" eyedropper.

In Photoshop, open a Levels Adjustment Layer and use the centre eyedropper on a neutral grey area.

Or Image>Adjustments>Photo Filter, select Cooling Filter (80 or 82, depending upon how orange) and adjust opacity to suit.
