I must be going crazy. Installed CS3, dragged the palettes to my right monitor where I was going to size them and place them where I want, then save the workspace. When I put the cursor on any side of a palette and try to drag right, left, up or down, it springs back to the original small size. It simply will not let me resize. I tried various palettes including layers, history and navigator.

I assume there is a setting somewhere that prevents the resize, but I can not find it nore can I find anyting about it in HELP.

Thanks

Sounds like a display problem. Try turning off your system’s Hardware Acceleration. If it "cures" the problem, that will indicate you maybe need to download the latest driver for your graphics card.

Might also be worth Resetting Photoshop’s Preference file by holding Ctrl+Alt+Shift just in case something is amiss there.

Thanks! Deleting the preference file did the trick.
