STOP SHOUTING!!!

Each image is different, so your approach will be different for each image. What is the background like now? I s it a solid color or is it complicated? If a solid color, it can be as simple as clicking it with the Magic Wand, Inversing and Copy/Paste.

If it’s complex try Filter>Extract.

Also, look for tutorials on removing backgrounds on the web. There are lots of them.

blending: a quickie:

make a selection (marquee tool, quick mask, etc).
copy and to a new layer (crtl-c, crtl-v).
create a layer mask (little icon at the bottom of the layers palette). apply filter> blur> gaussian blur to that mask
apply image> adjustments> levels to that mask.
