The program won’t uninstall. It tells me to close internet explorer, it’s not open. I even disconnected from my cable, still won’t uninstall–HELP

Open the Windows Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and click on the processes Tab.

Is IEXPLORE.EXE showing as a running process? If so, End the process. If it re-starts check for viruses on the machine.
