Photoshop 7

Just installed this and immediately I am reminded of the reason why I never used it before.

I tried this program a few years and never used it again, because as soon as I goto open pics on my pc with it, all the colours appear way to rich, really deep darker and richer colours, bit of an eye sore and definately not how it’s supposed to look at all. Looks fine in my XP and my JASC paint shop pro 7 though.

Why would this happen when I first put it on the PC?

I can’t even contemplate using it if its gonna be like this.

PS is a colour managed program, you need to calibrate your monitor. See http://www.computer-darkroom.com/ps8_colour/ps8_1.htm
