Just upgraded my computer to a Dell with a 20-inch flat screen monitor with a resolution of 1680 X 1050.

Spectacular, after my old 17-incher! But When I open Photoshop, the program’s workspace display in such small type that these old eyes have trouble reading them properly.

Is there any sort of adjustment I can make? I’ve turned up the computer’s Display option to "Extra Large Fonts" and what theat changes is now w-a-a-a-ay too large, and the labels ("Auto Select Layer," "Show Bounding Box," etc.) don’t change at all.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Later versions do have a choice to increase the size of the UI fonts by changing it under your preferences. Whether that exists in something as old as Photoshop 6 I don’t remember.

I have Windows XP and a flat panel Dell monitor. In the lower right corner of the screen as I’m viewing this, I see a magnifying glass and "100%" which I can increase up to 400% to view that kind of small type.
