When I try to auto-align two scanned images, and select one as the reference layer by locking, they BOTH move to the top of the canvas. I want the reference layer to stay where it is. Position locking does not work either. How can this be done?
On a more general note, what do you think would be the fastest way to assemble 100 overlapping scanned images. I’m leaning towards assembling rows and then assembling the rows, since trying to auto-align all of them at once will take too long I think. And if I need to do this type of project over and over, is there a way to automate a technique like that?
Thanks,
-Mike
