Juan, I have not found the perfect solution yet but this may help. After you save the xmp file, change the extension to xls (Microsoft Excel). Open it from the Excel application with the File > Open menu.
When the Text Import Wizard Step 1 opens, click "Next" just once. When Text Wizard Step 2 opens, uncheck the Tab Delimiter and check the box called Other. Then in the empty box beside Other, enter the character > and click next, then click finish. The spreadsheet will open with 2 columns. Click on col A and select Edit > Delete. This will leave all of your entered info but it will still have the right side tag info. I have not figured out a way to parse it off yet, except in an expensive application that you won’t want to purchase.

By the way, you can also change the .xmp to .txt or .doc and they will both open but all of the tags will be there and it will be more tedious to edit.

Finally if you change to a .doc, you can edit the text between the tags, change the file back to .xmp and you can load then back into a file using the File>Info and the Load button.

Good Luck & rgds, MM
