Can’t install Photoshop CS3 on Vista

I downloaded it, and uncompressed, and then when I click on "Setup", it loads, and then it shows an error message: A problem showed up and contact Adobe for further information. Internal error 2739.

How to solve this? Running on Windows Vista. Thanks.

first try upgrading to the latest adobe flash player, reboot, then try again.
