Adobe Photoshop CS4 Problem

I have a Dell Pc, Windows Vista Ultimate, 4 Gb of Ram.
I just install Adobe Photoshop CS4 and i got this problem "When i open a new document, the new document show with lines on it,i can;t works with those line "black lines: i don’t, if it’s configuration problem of the software or something else. Please help me!!

What kind of document? If it’s based on a default preset, you may see guides. Them being displayed as black would still be a bug. Short of that, with CS4’s hardware acceleration anything is thinkable, so please provide some details about your graphics card and screen resolution as well as your performance settings in Photoshop.

The document is based on default preset, i have a 256MB ATI Radeon X1300PRO and a Screen Resolution 1280×1024.

You might just need to update your video card drivers.
See the "Update GPU drivers" section of:

<http://www.adobe.com/go/kb404898>

If that doesn’t correct it, see the "Troubleshooting" section of the same doc.

Hi, I found the problem
Display card: 256MB ATI Radeon X1300PRO
Issue: Images display in chunks and with lines.
Solution: Turn off Enable OpenGL Drawing.
